The Southford Group continues to meet at Southford Falls at 8am on Saturdays. Distance dependent on who shows up. Track workouts are on hold. Beacon Falls Group continues to meet at 9:30 on Sundays at Pent Road Rec Center. That is usually a 5.5 mile run.
