This is the information site for anyone interested in running with a group in the Southbury and Naugautck Valley area. This is our current weekly schedule:
Wednesday - 4:30pm Naugatuck High School track run
Saturday - 8am meet at Southford Falls, Southbury. Usually two groups go out - 4-5 miles and 8-10 miles, with some walkers mixed in.
Sunday - 9am meet at Pent Rd Rec Center in Beacon Falls. Start out with their .5 mile track and then go out on the road. Usually 5 miles but can be shorter or longer based on who is there.
All runners of all ability levels are STRONGLY encouraged to meet and join us. News and info to be posted here. Please feel free to email any questions!
